Well here we are, a new month and a new update from GoodJim. Where does the time go?

Schedules are filling up and lots of activities all around. Things are going great with the youth group. Still having good numbers on Wednesday nights despite the hectic sports schedule that we always seem to be up against.

I have gotten to see a lot of Cyle lately, which is a good thing. But I still have yet to see Carver! I think that Cyle is isolating him so as to minimize the Buckeye influence of Good and Bad Jim. So we have to pray that Timmy the hatboy has a great influence on his wee nephew.

Workouts are not going as well as I had planned. With my schedule and my wife's schedule I can never seem to get to the gym. So that's a bummer. But I am still losing a little weight here and there so it's not a total loss.

The New Jersey Devils have made it into the playoffs for a tenth consecutive year! So you know what I will be watching yet again this year...that's right the Stanley Cup Playoffs!! Go Marty, Go Devils!

Just watched "Man on Fire" (Denzel Washington movie), I am not a huge Denzel fan but this movie rocked! Anytime that there is a revenge motif in a film I usually end up liking it. But in the end Denzel trades his life for the life of the little girl so she can go back home. (Collective "Awww" is appropriate here)

Facing the Giants, awesome movie!! So is Amazing Grace, go see both!!
